Frindsbury Padel Club respects your rights to cancel and is committed to guaranteeing your game, provided cold temperatures, heavy rain, snow or ice prevent play.
It is recommended that during play in cold weather, players ensure to warm up before a game.

Weather Cancellation Policy
At Frindsbury Padel Club, we understand that weather can be unpredictable and may affect your scheduled Padel games. Our policy aims to be fair to all members while allowing for flexibility in the case of adverse weather conditions.
Cancellation Window:

Bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, which will be automatically credited to your App account to use for future services at Frindsbury Padel Club.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled game time will not be eligible for a credit, except in cases of weather disruption as detailed below.
Weather Disruptions:

If the weather at the time of your scheduled game is deemed to disrupt play, (e.g. heavy rain, lightning, snow or ice), you may request to cancel your booking.

The decision to cancel due to weather conditions is at the discretion of the club management. We will assess the weather using reliable forecasts and real-time observations.

Members are encouraged to contact the club if there are any concerns about the weather affecting their game.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our weather cancellation policy. Our goal is to ensure the safety of our players and maintain the quality of our facilities.

Frindsbury Padel Club reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Weather Policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
