Have you ever struggled to get another player to fill your game?
At Frindsbury Tennis & Padel Club, rather than book and pay for a whole session yourself, you can opt to set up an 'Open Match' This option allows you to select the day and time you want and then invite others to the match either by the club WhatsApp group or within the App. All you have to do is pay for your participation and others that join pay for themselves.
What's more, you have total flexibility to determine the parameters of the match you've set up.
You can select player rating levels, private matches and also matches to be advertised only to your friend network in the App.
Player rating sessions are regularly available at the club and can be booked in the App. During the session, the coach will assess your level of play and give you a rating between 1 and 7 based on your Padel ability.
There are a few rules that you will need to be aware of.....
You can cancel your participation, at any time, up to 48 hours before the start time.
With less than 48 hours before the start time you can request a replacement in the App and publish your request to the WhatsApp group.
You will not be able to join a match where your player rating level does not meet the required level.
Frindsbury Tennis and Padel Club are not responsible for finding replacement players or filling games.
Any incomplete match (insufficient players) will be automatically cancelled 60 minutes before the start time and any payments will be refunded to your App account balance as a credit for future use at the club.
At peak times, incomplete matches may be cancelled earlier at the discretion of the Club admin. This is to ensure maximum availability for all players.
The Club's coaches determine player ratings. Regular player rating sessions are held at the Club and can be booked online or through the App.
